France, 1930s. Luis Buñuel sees all doors close after the scandalous premiere of "The Age of Oror," his first film. His good friend Ramón Acín, buys a lottery ticket with the promise that if he wins he will pay the Bueñuel documentary on one of the poorest and most forgotten regions of Spain.


About the director:

Salvador Simó is a Spanish animator and director. He has worked on the animation and VFX of various American films such as The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian (2008), The Jungle Book (2016), and Pirates of the Caribbean: Revenge de Salazar (2017), to name a few. As director, he has worked in television series, in addition to the animated film Petualangan singa pemberani (2012) and Buñuel in the turtle labyrinth (2018).
