Heather Kenyon is a partner at Citizen Skull Productions, an independent production company specializing in television and feature production. Citizen Kids, a division of Citizen Skull, focuses on children’s entertainment, and currently has five projects in development at networks and with production partners.

Previously, she was Vice-President, Project Development & Sales, at Starz Animation Toronto, the production studio behind Tim Burton’s 9 and the hit Gnomeo & Juliet, featuring Elton John. She is also the former senior director of development, original series at Cartoon Network, where she helmed the department in the development of animated comedy, comedy adventure, action-adventure and live-action series for children 6-11 years old. A magna cum laude graduate from USC’s School of Cinema-Television, Kenyon began her career in animation at Hanna-Barbera.
