MARIANA CANO

Programming Manager at Discovery Kids | Mexico

Mariana Cano studied Communication at Universidad Iberoamericana. She started her career in Once TV México, where she served as Head of Programming for Once Niños. Between 2008 and 2010 was Director of Programming at Once TV Mexico, she was responsible for the national and international programming of the channel.

From 2010-2013 she worked at Nao y Nao kids, company specialized in production, consulting and development of tv shows for children. She is currently Programming Manager for Discovery Kids and Animal Planet Mexico.

Throughout her career, Mariana has been responsible for the creative development of social campaigns to promote reading, environmental issues, among others. She also has lectured in Mexico and Latin America.
