ABOUT THE SCREENWRITING SEMINAR

In order to support the Mexican screenwriters and to develop Mexican Animated Features that have a better chance of international sales, in the 2015 edition of El Festival, we developed an exclusive program for them along with Asociación de Escritores Cinematográficos El Garfio AC.

The program for this screenwriting seminar has some exclusive activities meant to attend on a individual level the participants. Therefore, we designed this seminar for a small group. We launched a call for entries to guarantee certain level of quality between the participants so that they can take full advantage of this initiative. The call for entries closed on August 10th and we received 16 storylines in total from which the best ones where selected to participate.
