Blanca has a degree in Graphic Design and Visual Arts, a Master degree in Visual Communication and Electronic Multimedia, and PhD in Design, specializing in visual communication and narrative applied to the design of graphic communication.

She is a specialist in communication and visual narrative applied to the design of graphic communication. Currently is a professor and researcher at the UAM Azcapotzalco where he developed research on narrative and fiction in digital media, and coordinates the seminar "Science fiction prospective method".
