Sugueno is responsible for creating and implementing programming strategies, including the selection and acquisition of programs, as well as the air time management of Discovery Networks channels in Mexico. He also serves as head of the content team at the regional office, including the areas of On Air Promotions , Marketing, Digital, Media Planning and Communications.

Born in Brazil, Sugueno previously worked at Bandeirantes de Comunicação *** as Director of Programming and Content and also was Programming and Research Manager.

He holds a degree in Communication from the University of Anhembi Morumbi and holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the School of Advertising and Marketing of Sao Paulo.
