Presentation of El Libro Blanco

In an unprecedented effort headed by The Quirino Awards, and with the collaboration of animation associations from all the countries of Spain, Portugal, Andorra and Latin America, information was collected from animation studios, events, incentives and universities from each country in the region. That is “El Libro Blanco” of Ibero-American Animation

Derived from all this information collected (and made available to everyone), El Libro Blanco also includes some statistical analyzes of the state of the Region's industry.

This important material will be presented during the festival, by José Luis Farias , Ambassador of Quirino Awards and one of the most important promoters of the initiative that promotes cooperation between countries.
