Alison Warner is a Senior Executive IP architect with 20+ years of experience within the children’s media industry. A unique pedigree across all aspects of brand creation. From sourcing IP; creative development; funding through sales, co-productions or investment, to exploitation across all consumer platforms and consumer products. A veteran with a wealth of global high-profile contacts within the children’s media industry

She is currently Managing Director at Blue Zoo Rights, the animation studio founded 20 years ago specializing in children's content and winner of multiple Bafta Awards (including twice the BAFTA for Independent Production Company of The Year).

Previously, she worked at Technicolor as VP IP Sales, Acquisitions and Co-Production, where she discovered The Deep as a graphic novel and was part of the team that brought it to television as an animated series – now sold to over 130 territories – and with books (published by Bloomsbury) and toys (Simba – Master Toy partner. Also at Technicolor she helped develop Atomic Puppet, which was distributed globally through Disney XD.

Alison is familiar with working in multi-territory companies, who thrives in a deadline driven environment and is able to meet project goals, milestones and deliver in high pressure situations.

She is an advanced and experienced negotiator with a strong understanding of business affairs and excellent knowledge and understanding of the international televisual and consumer produce markets.

Also she is on the Advisory Board for The Children’s Media Conference with responsibility for raising sponsorship for the event annually.
