Antonia Gutiérrez

Manager of Development at Rooster Teeth Studios

In this role, Antonia Gutierrez sources and develops original and IP based animated series and features in the adult, YA and kids’ spaces. Gutierrez is especially passionate about cultivating relationships with diverse talent, and championing those voices throughout the development process.

Prior to Rooster Teeth Studios, Gutierrez most recently served as Manager of Animation at Nickelodeon. During her 4 years at Nick, she was a Junior Creative Executive on CG animated shows Middle School Moguls and Wonder Park, and Producer on podcasts Listen Out Loud and Nick Animation Podcast. Gutierrez also supervised other creative projects including courtyard and building art installations and the leadership speaker series Nick Talks, among others. In her first year at Nick, Gutierrez helped spearhead projects and events for Nick Animation’s 25th Anniversary, including a global animated shorts challenge and a celebratory art exhibit and event at Cal State Fullerton.

Gutierrez graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Southern California. She has spoken across the nation, from events such as TEDx Reseda Boulevard to the 51st Girl Scouts of the USA National Convention/Council Session. Gutierrez is currently part of the National Association of Latino Independent Producers inaugural class for the Latino Lens Producers Program.
