Mitchell is an animation executive for Amazon Studios where he has worked on many properties including Little Big Awesome, Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny, and Costume Quest. He is currently focusing on animation for primetime/adult audiences.

Prior to Amazon he was working in development at Nickelodeon and creative executive on the Nickelodeon Animated Shorts Program.
