MUMA (Women in the World of Animation) was born to support and help women who want to get closer to the industry and make their way less complicated than it was for us; We know that today there are very few women in creative management positions, that is why part of MUMA's efforts this year has been the creation of a workshop to create 4 animated shorts by the end of 2021. The goal was to create teams led by women and to advise those teams in each part of the creation of the project. What are the results of this workshop? What did we discover with our research?

In this panel, we will introduce you to the status of women in the industry and talk about the achievements and advances that MUMA has had in its second year as part of WIA.
