The A R T System is my personal set of management values that I've learned throughout the years of working on good and bad productions.

The idea is that Accountability + Respect= Trust, and that trust is the most valuable element one can EARN on a production. Trust will get you great work in return for the very real and positive emotional energy you put into every interaction with your workers. Also, your very talented team's likelihood of returning to happily work hard for you again increases tremendously versus coming off of a Distrustful and Disrespectful production.

I have very high standards, so the least I can do is cater to the needs of my crew to make sure they have everything they need to succeed and do what I can so they feel proud of their work. You will see that the Area 21 music videos will absolutely demonstrate the effectiveness of this management style.
