Story Artist at Pixar Animation Studios

Paula is a story artist and illustrator from Mexico City who came to the US a decade ago to learn the craft of storytelling and pursue her dream of making animated films.

Her credits include Sony Pictures Animation's Spider-Man Into The Spider-Verse and Pixar Animation Studios' Soul.

Paula enjoys connecting with animation students in Mexico, where she teaches workshops and visits her family; She resides in the Bay Area and spends her free time dancing, drawing and meditating. Fun fact: Paula grew up in Cuernavaca, which is still her home base in Mexico.
