Paula is an award-winning Development Executive, with over 25 years’ experience.

As Creative Executive Director Paula provides expert strategic direction in developing Kids & Family content for the international market.

Prior to joining Planeta Junior, Paula was the creative mind behind Globo Group’s kids content hub, spearheading the conception and launch of channels Gloob and Gloobinho. She managed the channels’ originals and international production, programming strategy and content sales. Under her leadership, Gloob became one of the most recognizable kids channel in Brazil.
