Deb Stone began her career at Walt Disney Animation Studios where she worked her way from Assistant to Supervisor of Talent Development. In 2011 she moved east to work for Blue Sky Studios. As Director of Recruitment & Talent Development, Deb led the expansion of school and industry relations, the recruitment team and the talent development programs.

Currently, as Director, Talent Recruitment at Illumination, Deb continues to connect people to opportunities, find new ways to bring talent forward and to innovate any process in the most efficient but humorous way.
