Among the dozens of projects she has been involved, it stands out her collaborations with her father, the novelist Alan Moore (author of V for Vendetta, Watchmen, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, etc.) and with her husband, John Reppion (Savage Tales).

The passion for the graphic novel and comic comes from her childhood. Her first published work was submitted anonymously to WildStorm Studios, it was published under the title "King Solomon Pines" and illustrated by Sergio Aragonés.

Leah is recognized for her work in Albion, where returns to action old British comic characters and Wild Girl, which tells the story of a young woman with the ability to talk to animals.

In 2008 she collaborated on the Eisner and Harvey winning anthology Comic Book Tattoo, consisting of stories based on some Tori Amos' songs. Other highlights of her work are Witchblade, The Complete Dracula, The Complete Alice in Wonderland, among others.
