About the Director:

Jorge Gutiérrez is a Mexican director and animator who has written, directed and designed characters for Warner Bros., Disney, Cartoon Network, Sony and DreamWorks. Along with his wife Sandra Equihua, he created the series "El Tigre, the Adventures of Manny Rivera" for Nickelodeon, with which he won an Emmy. In 2015 he premiered The Book of Life, which won the Annie Best Character Design, and in 2017 The Son of Jaguar, a VR animated short produced by Google Spotlight Stories and ReelFx. He is currently working on his next project: Kung-Fu Space Punch.
