Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Universidad Veracruzana and Master in Visual Arts from the Escuela Nacional de Artes Plásticas (National School of Plastic Arts) within which conducted an Academic Research Stay at the Polytechnic University of Valencia.

He has served as a teacher in CINEARTE in the Universidad Lationamericana, la Escuela de Artes Plásticas en la UNAM (the National University of Mexico) and SAE Institute.
