Storytelling is a collaborative or social experience, even when the content is not interactive. The issue becomes richer and more complex with the technologies that allow creating and appreciating interactive stories. If you add a physical device that "connects" (and helps connect the narrative act with the social reality we share), the experience becomes unique.
