Michelle Sullivan

VP, Kids and Family, Head of Development, Gaumont

As VP, Kids & Family for Gaumont, Michelle, or “Sully” as she’s known, serves as head of development where she is focused on finding compelling new creators and interesting stories to tell in both the kids and live-action space.

Previously a Kids Development Executive for Amazon Studios, Michelle worked with the talented team there to create award-winning shows and characters for Amazon’s littlest customers (and their grownups!).

Prior to joining Amazon, she led National Geographic’s kids and family digital initiatives including NG Kids TV, its multi-platform, digital video channel. Michelle was director of editorial programming for AOL’s teen service, RED and built premium educational products like Study Buddy and Writing Wizard.

An experienced speaker and panelist, Sully is a Wilco super fan, Walking Dead devotee and hums her own sunshine-y tune like Do, Re & Mi’s little blue bird Mi. Michelle is a graduate of Pepperdine University.
