Armando Ricalde

Armando "Doc" Ricalde, studied physics at the UNAM, where he began making graphics and 3D animation of scientific visualization.In 2001 he worked as a 3D artist at Ollin Studio, doing modeling, shading and particles and fluids.

After 2 years as a freelancer for TV commercials, he founded Cluster Studio with his friends, where he held several positions; from compositing artist to Director of Technology and Pipeline.

In 2016 he left Cluster Studio to return to Ollin VFX as General Manager and VFX Producer, and since then he has worked on projects such as Bright, House of Cards, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, Mindhunter, Asura and currently in production Godzilla: King of Monsters.
