Aram Yacoubian

Director of Kids & Family International Originals at Netflix | USA

Aram Yacoubian is a Director of Kids & Family International Originals at Netflix, where he oversees Original Kids and Family programming from Latin America and Asia, across both animation and live-action. In this role, Aram collaborates with creators, writers, producers and studios from across Latin America and Asia to bolster Netflix’s offering of international kids programming for audiences all over the world.

Prior to this role, Aram lead International Kids Acquisitions, specifically programming from non-English speaking markets. Aram also worked with global animation studios, such as Dreamworks Animation, Nickelodeon and Turner to grow Netflix's portfolio of kids content with original productions and existing series.

Prior to his role in Kids Content Acquisition, Aram was a part of the company's Content Strategy & Analysis team, where he supported the company's content acquisition efforts, developing programming strategy, deal valuations and competitive analysis, through which he helped shape Netflix's Kids Originals and Acquisitions strategy.

Aram studied Business Economics at UCLA and began his career in Finance & Corporate Strategy before joining Netflix.
